Finally trying to learn Welsh. All sorts of motives - a romantic one that I genuinely feel is that Cymraeg can fairly be seen as the language of this island of Britain, so it’s about time I could speak it a bit. There’s a Welsh ancestor somewhere back there too, but I imagine many could say that. Welsh, like Italian, is musical and expressive; and there is a wealth of literature to read if I make it to that level. Got to get past Lesson 4 first though : )
