My name is Morgan, and comic artist from Cheshire East. I’m non binary, and my pronouns are they/them (so probably ‘nhw’ in Welsh!)

In 2000, my grandma moved to Colwyn Bay, and so my family would visit every weekend, and we’d visit other areas in Conwy. I have a lot of nostalgia for it but I’d not been for a few years and genuinely felt a bit homesick about it, and that led to me trying out the Duolingo Welsh course to see if I’d like it. After a year of daily study, I decided to sign up to SSiW to improve upon my shaky grasp of the language and terrible speaking and listening skills, and now here I am

The areas I hope to improve most in is listening and pronunciation, particularly the alveolar trill, which despite learning Spanish on and off since I was 14 have never been able to master as of yet! (My arch nemesis is the word archfarchnad!)
