Moved to Wales in 2016 to get away from the busy South of England and to semi-retire. Hubby and I already enjoy the country so are keen to learn the language to feel part of the local Welsh speaking community. I work part-time with Welsh speakers so hear the language daily and can now understand, in context, most of what is being said. Just need to put into practice a bit more speaking but learn a little everyday. My hubby is just starting but has learnt the songs sung at the rugby as we are both Scarlets fans.
