Sounds like a trap! I didn’t bother to click agree. 
Its a link to an article about how a Welsh Wicipedia is being developed and is not just a translation of English Wikipedia, but has entirely distinct content.

Yeah. Don’t tell @siaronjames, but I once plagerised (is that a word?) an entire Wici article on her Show and Tell hangout. It sounded as if I was knowledgable about something and had some big Welsh words in it
