I’m not a big fan of posting my videos here, because anyone who wants to see them can do without me spamming up the board all of the time - but I thought I would post a link to this one as it could be a beneficial video for language learners of any kind, Welsh especially.
I got the chance to go for a coffee with Kerstin who runs fluentlanguage.co.uk last week at the Eisteddfod, as part of a series of videos I’m making where I literally go for a pint with someone and film the resulting chat. Kerstin’s was a bit different because we went for coffee instead.
I know a lot of people here know her, and I’ve known her for about a year or so on/off - so it was great to finally meet in person. Kerstin has been learning Welsh for a couple of years and volunteered at this years Eisteddfod to get some more experience of the language.
The conversation switches between Welsh, English, French and bits of German - but subtitles are available! Apologies for the first noisy 20 mins. I didn’t have my usual camera and mic set up with me, so there is some room noise!
