Welsh resources from the Open University

Ann from the Open University sent through some information on what they have available for Welsh - learning about Wales and Welsh history (a free introductory course) and learning through the medium of Welsh.

I thought that SSIW readers might be interested to know about some free resources from the Open University:some of this is connected to a new short course on Welsh language and culture with the cod LG001.
Although the course has a fee, there is a free taster (about 4 weeks’ worth of materials I believe) which is here:

Further materials and resources are available here, on the Welsh page, on the OU OpenLearn site: http://www.open.edu/openlearn/languages/welsh

And this is the link to OpenLearn Cymru: http://www.open.edu/openlearnworks/course/index.php?categoryid=27
