I’ve not had any trouble with Welsh pronunciation so far - apart from the rolled r.
I can do a single flap like in Spanish (“pero”), but I can’t do a trill. Is this enough to speak comprehensible Welsh?

If you can do ‘pero’, then that’s basically the same sound - off the top of my head, I can’t think of any words that would be incomprehensible without a longer ‘r’ sound, and there are Welsh speakers who can’t say the ‘r’ at all, so every which way you cut it you’ll be fine…
