Unfortunately I’m not well today. I don’t.suppose it is much more that a heavy cold but I have struggled with a temperature which has made me feel quite unwell at times.

@Alan-Clifford was recommending that people should attend the sessions with
Kai and Deborah - things like the Zoom at Noon - as soon as you can.i.e. Not to wait, as they make a massive difference to confidence and skills…
…a lot of people said that they thought that reading helped - with vocab and normalising things - after you’ve got going on the speech. The Amdani series of books got several mentions.
@ian-rowland Ian was recommending some YouTube videos - may be he could post a link here.
TV programs such as Am Dro and learner category programmes on S4C Clic - were recommended.

The YouTube I like to watch (as a learner of c8 months) is Galés con Marian https://youtube.com/@galesconmarian?feature=shared
It’s not (all) in Spanish, despite the name. The language is slow and clear, with lots of repetition.
I like Cais Quinnell on S4C, and for reading I also like the Lingo Newydd magazine

I have a load of work to do before (virtually) returning to Uni and I’m sat here wondering whether it is possible to get it done this weekend. 
So in that context I am thinking that I should focus on that today - so I’ll have to give the meeting today a miss I’m afraid - sorry about that.
However, the meeting still goes ahead of course - and there will be others to chat with I’m sure.
