I been a member for 2-3 years now (at least 3.95 is charged to my credit card monthly) but I get a subscription request for the “premiun” lesson/challenges. Why?
You (obviously) are paying 1 language subscription so were you on the right language when trying to access the material? (the system has put you to Spanish site instead of Welsh for example)

Could you talk us through this in a little more detail, Larry? When did you get this ‘subscription request’?
