Struggling with the app

I really need some advice and help please!
My app skipped me forward from blue to brown belt over a week ago and I can see anyway to reset it.
Anyone know what I can do?

Have you tried moving backwards using the Revisit button? As long as you’re using the latest version of the app, that will take you back an Introduction item at a time.

Were you just at the beginning of Blue Belt? Or had you already made some progress through it?

I had similar problem. It took me ages to get back to where I was having to constantly pressing rewind. I eventually managed to get there only to find following day to be back as before. I know others have mentioned this problem and in all honesty should have been sorted. As result I’ve cancelled my subscription.

That’s a shame, but honestly, fair enough. Hanging around the forum, it’s very clear that the app and the courses are still in development and (mostly very minor) problems crop up frequently. That might not have been so obvious if you just found the app on Google Play or wherever (although I think nearly every course has “Beta” in its name).

Most people here are pretty happy to be Beta users and help out by reporting any gremlins, but if you prefer to wait until things are more stable that’s okay.

I’d suggest coming back in a year or so.

I know the Tech Team have been working on this. I’m checking whether it has been included in a recent update to the app or if it’s still pending. In the meantime, as long as you don’t logout, i.e. just close the app but stay logged in, it should be OK.

EDIT: The Tech Team have confirmed that this change has been successfully tested and will be coming through to the live version of the app in an update scheduled for a few days’ time.
