So, I've just come to the end of Level2

Hello!
I’ve just come to the end of Level2, and I’m a little lost as to what I should be doing next.
Level3 does not yet exist (right?), so while I’m eagerly awaiting that, should I run through the Courses 1,2 and 3?
Thanks

Yes, but you mght be able to skip course 1.

However as daunting as it may seem your best bet now would be to use the language, chat groups, television, radio etc.

(This may sound rich coming from me as it took me months to do this!).

Or ahem, plug coming up, mini bootcamp.

Or indeed full bootcamp.

I probably wouldn’t advise skipping course 1 - there’s a fair bit of repeated material, but there are a lot of things taught differently that may give a bit of extra perspective on the language. Also, who’d want to miss out on the old purple dogs?

Work has started on Level 3 - but yes, in the meantime, a quick run through the other courses will do you no harm! Although the #1 thing you should be doing now is getting into conversations as often as possible…

I now have a lot of the SSIW lessons on shuffle and it’s amazing what extras you can pick-up that you might have missed first time through, also bouncing randomly between lesons can be quite interesting - even the very early lessons have lots of little things in there, which I certainly missed or sometimes think “Oh really” - perhaps perhaps just noticing mutations a bit more etc. A little one yesterday was naethon nhw ffaelu cofio in cwrs dau of the old course - I could probably make that up, but I doubt that I would and hearing it again, seemingly for the first time, means that I might actually use it someday

Jus browsing around istore and google play and found this…canolradd…hmmm SSIW has already got me further! But something else to do!

Hi everyone this is my first post. I am also currently at the end of level 2 waiting for lessons 24 & 25 (south). Is the southern vocabulary notes available for me to use while going through challenges 24 & 25 north?

Funny you should mention that, as I was just glancing over here at the forum while waiting for some audio processing to complete on Challenge 24. You’ll probably see it go live early next week, with 25 following shortly thereafter.

Don’t think so - the vocab notes as pdf files are usually put together by kind-hearted volunteers once we publish the lessons…

I haven’t done the courses. I finished the lefelau and attended a bootcamp. My advice - find someone to talk to and pull of the plaster as fast as possible! When you’ve started speaking to that person you will be on your way. Then you’ll have to pull of the plaster with the next person and the next…etc. However, it’s much easier the more you do it!!
