Looking forward to see the results after applying @Novem’s tips, and of course the Grand Opening of the “Pizzeria da Ugo il Gallese” in Ystrad Meurig, then! 
As for pizza in Wales, I’ve never managed to try it, but Ffwrnes in Cardiff looked really good. And although I know for sure the founders are Welsh, the guys there when I walked past were undoubtfully from Campania! 
Oddly enough, the only pizza I had in Wales was thinner than ever!
In Cardigan because it was pouring rain and that was the only open place close enough to the hotel I was staying at to avoid getting soaked (and it had good beers too).
