I posted this on the Oxford Walks thread but thought it worth repeating here just in case âŚ
" A quick reminder in case anyone else would like to join Linda, Sue and me tomorrow for some post-Xmas fresh air on our walk+ sgwrs around Port Meadow (weather forecast: cloudy but dry)"
If anyone else wants to join us, do come along :

PS Forgot to add partners & plantos welcome to join us if they donât mind a bit of Welsh sgwrs
A little memory jog âŚ

Hwyl, John
PS Diolch @Betterlatethan, Linda, @RichardBuck, Jenny & plantos for an enjoyable walk+sgwrs around Port Meadow on Friday. If anyoneâs interested in the possibility of another walk this week, let me know.
Diolch @johnwilliams_6 and @RichardBuck . That was a good walk. It was good to meet Linda, Jenny and plantos. Sorry, I canât walk again for a while as too much else is happening.
I canât come on Thursday 10th. I could come on Monday 7th, but only if others are coming too, and I shall have to leave promptly for Pilates. Same for Monday 14th. Thursday 17th looks all right at the moment.
Sue
Iâm planning on joining @Betterlatethan in Cafe Bap (11am on Mon 7th)- Iâve heard from Clive that he canât make it - is anyone else thinking of coming along on Monday?
Hwyl, John
Should anyone find themselves in Oxford hankering after a bit of Welshness, in St Michaelâs church in Cornmarket you can find this
They have a Welsh Aisle? Magnificent!

Oh dear, sorry to hear that Sue - hope youâll be feeling better very soon, and thanks for letting me know so quickly
Best wishes, John
Is anyone else planning to go to Cafe Bap this morning? Do please let me know if you are and Iâll be there - if I donât hear from anyone Iâll give it a miss this time.

A quick reminder about tomorrowâs meetup
I may have recruited Stuart Hughes, leader of our Ramblers walk today. He was born in North Wales, understands the language quite well, but says that he canât speak much. He seemed interested in practising. He might turn up next Thursday.
