I want to get “we go again” in Welsh as a tattoo. I was thinking it would be “ŷn ni’n mynd eto” but my cousin in North Wales (I’m from South Wales) insists it should be 'rydan ni’n mynd eto" which
I think is more formal. Is my translation ok? Is it a North/South thing?
Any thoughts on this would be great. Thanks
You could go inflected and have “awn ni eto”. Although, if it’s a command “We go again!”, maybe it would be “Dewch i ni fynd eto! (Gadewch)”. I would have written “ŷn ni’n mynd eto” too. All that being said, I am Welsh learner, so take what I say with a pinch of salt lol.
“Dewch i ni fynd eto!" is also nice 
Can you give a bit more context as to the English phrase you want to translate? For example if it’s something like “[off] we go again” it could also be “bant â ni eto”.
I quite like the inflected form that Christopher has suggested - reminds me a bit of the FWA motto “Fe godwn ni eto” (which may make it more or less desirable, depending on your political opinions!)
Definitely think you need a native speaker/professional translator’s opinion before you ink any skin though! 
Its an expression of resilience, after a setback “we go again”.
My cousin in North Wales is a native speaker but she’s often dismissive of South Wales Welsh anyway!
I also think the inflected form is better here, because both ŷn ni’n mynd eto and 'rydan ni’n mynd eto can be “we are going again”, whereas Awn ni eto or Fe awn ni eto (we [will] go again), is closer, in my opinion, to “we go again” in the context you want.
