I can not believe how fast they are speaking. Even in English I would have difficulty understanding, let alone remembering. Hope it gets easier.
Bear in mind, Pauline, this is accelerated speech - 2x normal speech - and the entire aim of this is to prompt your brain into processing faster, until eventually it helps make normal speech seem more reasonable and therefore easier to understand…

Trust it - it’s known that neurogenesis continues throughout life - and this particular part of the course doesn’t even require neurogenesis, just synaptic adaptation. Our oldest learners are in their mid-80s. Your brain can do this…
