Level 2 Challenge 10 North

In the sentence “wnes i gyfarfod rhywun a ddudodd bod hi’n nabod dy fam” I’m sure I can hear “a” between “rhywun” and “ddudodd”. I’m not sure why this word would be there because in Level 1 Challenge 14 it’s simply “rhywun ddudodd”.

Hi @garyharrop

The ‘a’ meaning who/ which is rarely heard in regular speech - unless someone is speaking very properly - hence both are options (with and without).

It can also be very quick even when it’s there!
