Hi everyone , I have got as far as lesson 19 on course 2 but they will no longer play , I believe I am still paying every month , hope someone can help , Thankyou
If you download the lesson to your computer (by clicking on the downward pointing arrow on the right of the button), and then try to play the dowloaded file, does that work or does it fail as well?

As Stu says, we’ll need to start figuring out step by step exactly what’s happening - the lessons themselves are fine (I’ve just played a few of them around 19, 20, 21 Course 2 myself) - so the problem will almost certainly be something to do with your connection or your computer settings.
If you know anyone who is familiar with computers (passing teenagers can be very helpful on this front!) then they might well be able to see what’s happening for you - otherwise, if you answer Stu’s initial questions, we’ll do our best to troubleshoot it for you

I’m sorry that you are still having problems. Do you get any error messages at all when you try to play a lesson from either the browser or after you have downloaded the file to your computer? I just checked some of the lessons at random, and I can play them okay. Has anything changed on your computer in the recent past?
Hi Brenda, what type of computer are you using? The reason I ask was I had the same difficulty last week when listening on my iPad. On further investigation it turned out I had inadvertently managed to mute the darn thing (don’t ask, techno-numpty here). Is there any possibility that something similar has happened to your computer somehow?
