Lesson 11 old course query

What am I hearing in terms of ‘for you/me’ as in someone called for you/me? Sounds like amdaniti and amdani.

Amdanat ti
Amdana i, or amdana’i (am-dan-a-EE or am-DAN-eye)

Lots of the pesky little words that are so confusing anyway between languages have an extra little foible in Welsh, that they run with the person, so am (for) changes with each different person. They are nearly all logical and easy to master once you’ve seen the pattern, and you will very quickly get used to them!

Thanks. That’s what makes it a bit tricky. There are certain things that are easy to look up in a dictionary but a few that are not.
