I T technical help where do I go trouble loading some lessons

Not sure where to find help for this
When I down load the lessons to my phone the 2nd lesson and this is not happening for the first or 3rd will only load what looks like two minutes it carries on playing past that but if I pause I am kicked back to the beginning and can only forward to two minutes.
Really need IT help tried deleting and reloading etc but no luck

Are you on on iPhone or Android, and are you using the SSIW app?

I had this problem with the app recently. I deleted the app from my iphone, then switched my phone completely off and then on again, then reinstalled the app - and now it is working perfectly.

Ok, so it sounds like a problem that has been seen before - there are two likely options - one is that you have the previous version of the App - the second is that you need to turn something off.

Fortunately we can check both by doing one simple thing…:slightly_smiling_face:

If you go to the App and click on the little cog wheel in the bottom right hand corner (see picture below) - scroll down to the bottom.

If there is a question Enable Streaming: the slider should be in the off position - to the left.

If you do not have this question (remember to scroll down because it’s at the bottom) - then you have the old version the App.

Could you let me know what the situation is?

Genius, :grinning: I changed that setting and I was getting new lessons to down load in full which I hadn’t been able to .
Still couldn’t get 2 to do it but did the unIn install and re-install and it seemed to do 2 as well.
Thanks so much I am so enjoying this course . By the time I can move I should be able to say more than a few words.
