How do you celebrate St David's Day?

We’ve had a request come in from Myrddin ap Dafydd of Gwasg Carreg Gwalch who is interested in hearing how different people who are learning Welsh celebrate Dydd Gŵyl Dewi (St David’s Day).

They are planning a new book called EIN DYDD GWYL DEWI NI/St DAVID’S DAY TODAY and are interested in how people celebrate not just in Cymru, but across the world.

You can contact Myrddin at myrddin@carreg-gwalch.com

Too late now! Used to have gatherings in my youth, but I will say we all celebrate it on March 1st, not like the UK Parliament which, judging from all the buttonholes at PMQs chose 28th February instead, because it was on the TV!
