Pob lwc, @penny-davies! Lots of people find online hangouts quite intimidating at the beginning, so well done for getting up the courage to join in.
I was talking in Welsh too my 9 year old niece, who goes too a Welsh school.
About 5 minutes later she walked away saying ‘don’t talk to me in Welsh cos I can’t understand you’ over bits I was getting wrong. 
I’ll give her about 2 years and she’ll enjoy speaking Welsh with me and I’m sure I’ll be far better too.
