Help get a pardon for Dic Penderyn!

Hi folks, here is a link for the attempt to get a pardon for Richard Lewis aka Dic Penderyn, who was wrongly convicted and hanged for the stabbing of a soldier during the Mythyr Uprisings. The uprisings were a demonstration regarding workers trying to secure a fair pay and fair conditions. Here is a link to the official call for a pardon

The ‘memorial’ plaque is in the porch of Cardiff Market, St. Mary St. entrance…needs a clean-up judging by the last time I saw it
