Simple question. I seem to have missed this one.
Bo’ fi as in “bo’ fi angen”. Is it the same as “fy mod i angen” that we learnt in class?

Yes, fy mod i is the “technically correct” form, but it’s not really used in day-to-day informal speech. In natural spoken Welsh bo’ fi is far more common.

yes when we covered this in evening class my Sylfaen teacher was appalled to find that I had learnt 'bo fi! I changed classes shortly after this!
