I’m up for the 12/12 challenge, if it really will be another couple of years. (I want to get the Welsh firmly bedded in before I start messing around with more languages.)

We’ll need Levels 1, 2 and most of 3 for 12 different languages not including Welsh - so yes, I think you can rest comfortably that it will be at least two years!..
