Hi i am trying to watch the main ring on S4C clic on my desk top with windows 10 and all I seem to get No compatible source was found for this video. Many thanks for any help Janet

I get this sometimes with Chrome (you don’t say which browser you’re using) and it’s one of those rare occasions where using IE is better!
Have you tried another browser?

Yes, I get that with Chrome too. I would suggest either access S4C clic on Firefox, or you should be able to see Y Sioe (and lots of other S4C stuff) on chrome on BBC iPlayer.

I was getting this for a long time on Firefox and then really wonky video on Chrome, but it works perfectly after downloading an update for Adobe Flash.

It works fine on my laptop. Not sure of the tech reason. I have the “e” icon. I think it’s Microsoft Edge.
