This is so true, especially for new speakers - don’t worry about the “standard” of your Welsh - that will only imporve with use. Lets face it, it’s a lot better than it was only a few years (in some cases only a few months) ago, so use it now while it’s fresh, and watch then next stage of progress unfold before you.

Great post! I seem to remember once writing to this Forum that one definition of a bore is someone who disparagingly comments on your ability to speak a second (or first!) language.
